It's now alcohol free and has a simpler ingredient list, but still performs just like the old toner we know and love. White Willow Extract to helps to gently exfoliate and minimize pores, while fruit AHA's help increase skin cell turnover for baby smooth skin. Top it off with brightening Bilberry Extract, which is what gives this product its gorgeous color, and you have the perfect exfoliating zero waste toner.
